Module 6 - Home Page & Navigation System, Final Project (Part 2)

This is my website design for my tax company G Tax & Consulting. I design 3 pages, the HOME page, the SERVICES page, and the ABOUT US page. The wireframes on the grid, the gradient and the rectangle tool really help. I think I will use this design in the future for my company. I put an Appointment form on each page purposely as a reminder for viewers.

Module 6 Home Page & Navigation System, Final Project (Part 1)

Hello,
For this final project I decided to either do a Home Page & Navigation System for my Tax company or a student portfolio for this class. I made 3 sketches for my Tax company (because I really rather do my Tax company one) and 1 sketch for my student portfolio. Each one has 3 pages, the Home page & Navigation system plus 2 pages (Services page, About or Contact page for the company; Portfolio page and Contact page for the student portfolio) to show how the navigation system works.

Module 5 Fantasy Avatar Part 2

I decided to go with a princess half alien / half human named Princess Rubyca from planet Rubycon (my little one named her :)).
I did some skin details, blending, a lot of masking, dodging and burning, use of curve adjustment layer, painting, adjustment to tone and brightness, and many more. I enlarged the eyes, changed the eyes color. I edited the nose, the ears and the head using the Liquify filter. I changed the hair color, the nails color for each nails and changed the lips color to 2 tones. I know one ear has a little bit of red but the idea is that the color is coming from the brightness of her ruby.

Module 5 - Fantasy Avatar - Part 1 Sketches

I am not really sure about how I am going to do my avatar but here are my sketches.
First I thought of making an Owl person. Second sketch is a bat person, third is an alien with huge eyes, fourth is a zebra or tiger strip person, and last sketch is changing the person to smurfette. I want my avatar to look more like a real person than an animal, but I will see how it will turn out.

Book Cover

This is my book cover of Miriam Makeba. I used  new features such as the gradient overlay, the pattern overlay, the drop shadow, inner shadow the outer glow, bevel & emboss, stroke and the Hue/saturation with custom preset. I try to distort the letters but it didn't come out like I wanted it.

Module 4: Book Cover - Part 1: Sketches

Hello,
The artist I chose is MIRIAM MAKEBA. Miriam Makeba was a South African singer who was practically the first African artist to popularize African music out of the African continent in the 1960s. I chose to do my book cover on her because she was not only a singer but she was also a human right activist. She campaigned against the Apartheid and the government even revoked her passport in 1963; she exiled and only returned to South Africa in 1990. She was nicknamed MAMA AFRICA. Miriam Makeba died on November 9, 2008. This strong, beautiful African female artist is perfect for my book cover. These are my sketches:

Hello,
This is my Bullying awareness poster for module 3. I went with verbal bullying and its effects. I thought about how most people (I mean people who sometimes don't even know that there are bullies) will not go as far as hitting but will be quick at saying hurtful words. I want my poster to make them think, what if it was them, their families members, or best friends that were being bullied?
